hvisker

Hiring signals · cited posting lines · no outreach

Hiring signals for what you sell, with the lines that prove it.

Write one line on what you sell: a candidate, a squad, or yourself. hvisker sweeps new postings for it without you pressing anything, drops the ones that turn agencies away, and shows each match with the posting lines that answer you. It never sends anything. You copy a match, or take it by webhook.

The same field signs you up and signs you in. No password.

Pitch

Hi Bhupender, I saw “Director, CTO FP&A”, where you write “The Corporate FP&A team serves as the strategic co-pilot to Yahoo's businesses. For CTO Finance, we partner deeply with Yahoo's Chief Technology Office and engineering leadership. We oversee the capital and operational investments powering Yahoo's global digital platforms, infrastructure, data centers, and next-generation product initiatives. Our team combines rigorous financial governance with deep operational empathy to maximize technology ROI, drive cloud cost efficiency, and fund technological innovation at enterprise scale.” and “The Director of CTO FP&A will report to the VP of Corporate FP&A & Procurement. This role will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function specifically for the Central Technology Organization. This role acts as a strategic finance partner who also thinks operationally to manage the financial health, planning, CTO allocation management, and technology investments for both Opex and Capital expenditures.” and “Serve as the trusted strategic advisor to the CTO and engineering leaders, delivering actionable financial guidance across engineering resource allocation, metrics, cloud infrastructure, software licensing, organizational design, and cost efficiencies” and “Manage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual Technology P&L review across the CTO pillars”. Would a short call this week suit you?

Until Signals API is connected, this demo is swept from hvisker's current sources: a sample feed of contract postings and a daily stand-in signal. It is a positioning hvisker holds for this page, searched by the same sweep as every account's. No customer's data is shown.

How it works

  1. 1 · Say who Add an offering and a positioning.

A candidate with their CV, a squad with its brief, or yourself. Then write one line on what it is sold as.

  2. 2 · The search never stops Every live positioning is swept every 15 minutes.

Postings that refuse agencies, contractors or C2C are filtered out and counted. Pause a positioning and the sweep skips it.

  3. 3 · You send Each match cites the posting lines that answer you.

Copy it to your clipboard, or take it by signed webhook, and send from your own tools. hvisker never sends outreach.

Built for the side that wants to be hired

Add each candidate as an offering, with their CV; collecting their consent is your job, as the platform rules say. Every positioning gets its own search, and once you hold more than one, Today groups the matches by candidate.

Postings that turn agencies away never reach you.

A posting that refuses agencies, contractors or C2C is filtered out before it reaches you, and counted. Today lists each one refused in the last 24 hours, with the sentence that refuses it.

3 postings refused so far by the demo positioning's search.

Questions a careful buyer asks

Does hvisker send messages for me?
No, never. A match leaves only when you copy it, or as a signed webhook to an endpoint you add.
Where do the signals come from?
Until Signals API is connected, from a sample feed of contract postings for services, and one stand-in signal a day for every positioning. Each card says where its posting was found.
Do you hide postings that refuse agencies?
Yes, always, and you can see each one refused with the sentence that refuses it.
Do I need a password?
No. You type your email, and we mail a link and a six-digit code, each of which signs you in once.
